rfg, inc. was established in 1984,  to provide solutions and services to our clients with the goal to go above and beyond their expectations. based in austin, tx, rfg is a co-founder of united benefit advisors (uba), the second largest employee benefits advisory organization in the u.s.  and a proud member of retirement plan advisory group.

uba provides us with a national presence and the combined wisdom of over 2,000 industry professionals which in turn allows us to provide our clients the personalized service of a local firm with the resources of a large national organization.
